Therapy is a collaborative process; I provide a safe and confidential space to explore and talk openly without discrimination or judgement. Taking the first steps can be difficult, but an initial consultation can help you address any concerns you may have.
Together we can explore unhelpful or repetitive patterns of consciously or unconsciously determined ways of relating or behaviour in an empathetic, but objective way.
The problems or difficulties that prompt people to seek help are various. If you are reading this on behalf of yourself or someone you are concerned about you might want help with:
- Relationship problems
- Eating disorders
- Feelings of sadness or depression
- Not knowing who you really are and where you belong
- Angry feelings
- Grief following a bereavement
- Suicidal thoughts or impulses
- Fears concerning other people or situations
- Worries about sexual identity
I operate a sliding scale of fees dependent on income and the time of day you are able to attend. Fees start from £60 per session. I offer concessionary places during the day for students, those on a low income, or in financial difficulty; please contact me to discuss.
Before commencing therapy we will meet for an initial consultation, this is when we discuss the most appropriate type of therapy for you and if time limited, the number of sessions.
I am able to take referrals through the private health-care provider AXA PPP.
All enquiries are strictly confidential and you do not need a GP referral to make an appointment. To set up an initial consultation or to discuss any questions or concerns you may have, please call 07985 226216 or my practice number: 020 7730 1242.
